João Carlos Zanon has wide experience in Civil Litigation, mainly in the practice area of corporate and consumer law. He has also a notable practice in collective actions, in Arbitration and in Debt Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Judicial Recoveries. In the last years, João has also developed an extensive practice in corporate and constitutional advisory. He has worked for more than 20 years in strategic litigation law firms, with intense academic activity and publication of books and academic articles that influence important judicial decisions. He is author of the book “Direito à Proteção de Dados Pessoais”, launched by RT Publisher in 2013.
