Igor Finzi is a partner in the Corporate Law and M&A practice at Mundie Advogados.
With approximately 19 years of experience in Business Law, she works in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of complex corporate and transactional operations, advising national and international clients at different stages of their business.
Throughout his career, he represented publicly traded and privately held companies, investment funds, financial institutions, and strategic investors in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, investments, divestments, and other corporate transactions.
Their experience encompasses national and cross-border operations in diverse sectors of the economy, including oil and gas, infrastructure, energy, technology, logistics, transportation, services, retail, automotive, finance, and healthcare.
