Mundie participates in a debate on judicial and extrajudicial recovery at CIESP Jundiaí.
Partner Nádia Demoliner and lawyer Mariana Grandolpho will be among the participants in the next meeting of the CIESP Jundiaí Legal Working Group, which will be held on September 23rd, starting at 8:30 am.
With the theme "Judicial and Extrajudicial Reorganization: processes, perspectives and future horizons" , the meeting will bring together professionals with different experiences to discuss legal and practical aspects of business restructuring mechanisms, as well as their impacts on companies, creditors and other stakeholders.
In addition to Nádia and Mariana, Maria Cristina Mattiolli, Maria Athayde, César Bertini, and Elizabeth Broglio will participate in the debate.
Organized by the Legal Department of CIESP Jundiaí, the meeting is part of the Legal Working Group's program, an initiative focused on exchanging experiences and discussing legal, regulatory, and strategic issues relevant to the productive sector.
