Her practice combines experience in proceedings conducted by the Labor Prosecutor's Office and in actions by the Ministry of Labor and Employment, as well as complex disputes involving senior leadership, supporting companies in critical prevention and response decisions.

Throughout her career, she has distinguished herself in defending clients — especially from the industrial sector — in investigations into matters such as institutional harassment, abuse of managerial power, and compliance with legal quotas for people with disabilities, in addition to leading initiatives to structure internal investigation committees, train teams, and conduct investigations classified as more complex.
