Erika has extensive experience in the main areas of Brazilian labor law, with focus on advisory for clients in various markets, including industry, telecommunications and retail; strategic litigation in administrative and judicial claims involving high level executives, Labor Unions, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and the Labor Prosecutor's Office; drafting of contracts and internal policies, training on labor issues, in particular, prevention of abusive conduct in the workplace, internal investigations, compensation formats; analysis of labor and employment aspects in M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, and union negotiations.
