Jaqueline has experience in conducting and managing administrative, pre-procedural, procedural and litigation claims of large companies, domestic and foreign, of individual and collective nature of high relevance, many of them with impact on the corporate core business.

She has been working for more than six years in Strategic Civil Litigation, and in the last four years has actively worked on legal and regulatory issues brought by large companies in technology and telecom sectors, in addition to having defended several cases of automotive companies and power tools manufacturers.
